My Approach

In a very kind and sweet environment, I use music to help people to go in their inner space. I help them listen to what their heart is saying that they can’t hear anymore. Music gives a direct access to our emotions by putting aside barriers, believes that have been built by the mind over the years (out of protection). Music is an extraordinary tool to help identify painful emotions, to express them and to progressively feel more free.

My sessions are for anyone interested in taking time for themselves. Be it in a simple goal of relaxation or in a more therapeutical goal, to become conscious of the hidden emotions playing a role deep inside. Then these realizations enable a work of release, to move forward on healthier fundamentals.

Each session is adapted to the client’s needs. We take time together to determine the goals of the work we are going to do. The goal is to create customized sessions to respect each individual’s rhythm and needs.

Techniques

  • Receptive music therapy: to start by listening to an adapted program of music. The idea is to guide the individuals who will be able to identify their emotions, and associated events that could explain their patterns.

  • Active music therapy: here music is used as a way of expression. The idea is to enable the individuals to express the emotions that have been identified before, and to get rid off it. This work can be done through the use of percussions, voice, body movements, or through drawing and painting on a musical background.

  • Relaxation: with psycho musical and sophrology techniques. The idea is to offer a break, to process all the emotions happening during and between the sessions.
